Kelly Nash grew up in Davie, Florida a city situated outside Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Kelly Nash was raised boating and fishing with her father Ed Nash. Kaitlyn Nash, and Carolyn Nash are her two sisters. Kelly Nash is of English and Irish origin. She is also Swedish. Her great-grandfather was a Portuguese immigrants, arrived in America from Portugal.



 From a young age, Kelly Nash was a lover of the Miami Marlins. Although Nash was always interested in sports, she dreamed of becoming a news anchor. Kelly Nash received a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina in 2006. In 2009, she received her degree from Clemson University with a Master's in Youth Development Leadership. In exchange for covering the soccer and baseball teams for the duration of her Sports information Department career, she received a full athletic scholarship through the Clemson Academic Department.



 Kelly Nash, a MLB Network studio host, is featured on numerous shows, including Quick Pitch, the nightly highlights program. Her appearances on On The Fly, the Nightly Game recap Show, and NHL Network Studio are a component of her work as host of NHL Network Studio. In March 2015, she joined the MLB Network. She also started contributing to the NHL Network in 2015. The NHL Network's everyday operations were run from the MLB Network headquarters.
